Marketplace Ministry: Have you ever considered a minister to your co-worker or clients? Most of Jesus’s miracles were performed while in the marketplace. He chose “everyday marketplace” guys as His disciples. This workshop will encourage you to become a witness in your marketplace and learn more ways to minister to co-workers, clients and other people you come in contact with in your work place.
Street University: ”And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.”Ephesians 4:11-12 You will be taught what it means to live out your life as an effective witness for Christ as you learn how to be led by the Holy Spirit. This class will consist of both classroom work and practical time applying what you have learned. If you have never shared you faith in Christ, or if you would like to be sharpened in your own effectiveness as you evangelize, then this work shop is for you.
Street Evangelism: An amazing opportunity for you to minister to the people on the streets of serra mesa and surrounding communities. we will teach you how to go out on the streets in groups of 2 or 3 and share with people about Jesus; how to pray for them and how to love them in a practical very practical way. you will learn how to be led by the Spirit as He directs you.
Prayer: Has your personal prayer life seemed shallow, uninspired or lacking in discipline? or maybe you have never learned that there are different ways to you can connect with Christ through prayer. This class will inspire you and teach you how to pray and be real with God. We will learn how to make prayer a priority in our lives and how to have an effective prayer-walk and individual prayer time. Our hope is that, through completion of this workshop, prayer will be something that you look forward to each and every day.
Experiencing God: Many christian never really experience the closeness that one can feel with the Lord. Maybe God feels distant to you, or you feel intimidated about how to go about having a intimate relationship with God. God desires for us to have a close and personal relationship with Him. In this class you will learn how you can experience this as we journey threw the workbook, “Experiencing God: Knowing and Doing The Will Of God”.

Dinner is served
The last wed. of Aprils. On May 29th from 6-7 pm SMCF will be feeding the community a hot meal. If you know of any one that can use a hot meal invite them to share with us and to learn the word of the Lord.
Prayer night
On Sunday May 5th at SMCF from 6:45 to 7:30 pm we will be getting together to pray to the Lord. Let’s bring everything before our Lord. “Let us come boldly before the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need” Hebrews 4:16

On Monday May 6th from 6:30 -8 at SMCF the men will be having a BBQ. Sign up and invite a friend.
Women’s clothing exchange, and revealing of secret sisters!
Friday May 17th, 6:30-8. Please bring your clothing, shoes, accessories, to the SMCF. things that you no longer using but that someone else would enjoy, please tell your friends and neighbors about it. They also can contribute and enjoy the experience.
